Translucence applied to leaves- the Lit shader Image on left uses tranlucence, image on right does not. Click images for full sized versions. Note how nicely the interior of the tree is lit! This is a slightly different approach than the one covered below- rather than using Lit in the Glow channel, it is used in the Transparency channel. This avoids the lack of shadow detection. |
